Each remodel, addition, as-built is unique and the scope of each project can be vastly different from the next. On the smaller side we have laid out unfinished basements, reconfigure rooms, and help update and open up living spaces. On the larger side we've gone as far as demolishing all framed walls above the foundation for a complete redesign or even removing a roof and adding an additional story.

BONNEVILLE - REMODEL

ELK ROAD

This is an as-built project. The owner wished to apply for some variances (mid construction) and the county requested the original hand drawn plans be converted to a 3D model to better convey the intent and context. The original architect had passed away and no 3D model had been produced beforehand.

NORTHRIDGE

Sometimes when the family grows the house needs to grow along with it. The main gathering area (kitchen, dining, and family) was remodeled and expanded. The master suite got the same treatment, expansion and a full gut redesign.

RIVERBEND

This addition included a redesigned expanded master suite, new mud & laundrys, additional garages, and a basement ADU with a separate entrance under the new additions (yes, including under the new garages).

POOL HOUSE

Detached rec room, outdoor kitchen, and RV garage.

WOODRIDGE

This is a second level addition onto an existing rambler. The new spaces include a master suite, gym, loft, and guest bedroom
